Monty The Play Is A Term Paper

I thought most of the music was easy to listen to, but I would have liked a more modern or hip approach to some of the music. At least some of these guys seemed like guys who would listen to modern music, like hip-hop, and I would have liked to have seen more variety in the music, making it relate more to a younger, hipper audience. I did think the music helped make the characters more real, along with the storyline. It showed they were not stupid or "losers" because they were out of work, and showed they could be creative when they needed to be, and had ideas, ideals, and dreams, just like anyone else.

A enjoyed the dancing too, and thought they did a good job choreographing it, especially to make it look like they did not know what they were doing, when you could tell they really did. Overall, I found the play more enjoyable than I thought I would, and I would recommend it to friends and family. It left me with...

I enjoyed the music, the acting, and the script. I would have liked to have seen more variety in the music, and I would have liked a bit more interaction between the women in the show. I know the show is about a lot of things, like issues, how men and women see themselves and each other, and about employment issues in a modern world. All of this worked to make the play deeper and more meaningful and not just some show about stripping and humor. It was more than that, and I liked that. I just thought that there could have been more depth to the female characters that supported their men through difficult times. Other than that, I felt the play was well written, well acted, the music was fun, and the entire experience was enjoyable. I don't know if I would see it again, but I am glad I had the opportunity to see it now.
